We act as a referral company for Mortgage business enquiries and other associated Mortgage related business. We do not give advise or recommendations, but refer your enquiry to qualified and regulated Mortgage Adviser or Broker.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

When you visit and navigate our site and when you communicate with us via our site, we will not collect personal information about you unless you provide us that information voluntarily.

If you provide such information we will record details such as your name, address, telephone number, email address any property details and mortgage requirements you have. We will not permanently store any of your personal details, but will, with your consent, forward it to a third party Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage Broker. Any of your data we hold on file will be deleted within 7 days of the conclusion of business with you or immediately after we determine we cannot assist you/or you inform us you do not wish to proceed any further.

As we act as a referral company, this information is necessary so we can discuss your requirements accurately with a authorised Mortgage Adviser or mortgage Broker, who will them deal with your enquiry.
